Terms & Conditions

Ahni Beauty Supply sponsors the Ahni Beauty Loyalty program (“Loyalty Program”). By enrolling and participating in the Loyalty Program (“Membership”), each customer (“Member”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions and any Ahni Beauty Supply Loyalty Program terms, rules, policies, and procedures as set forth at AhniBeautySupply.com (“Program Terms”). In these Terms, “you” and “your” mean the Member/Membership. “We,” “our,” and “us” mean Ahni Beauty Supply. These Terms and Conditions and Program Terms form the contract between you, as a Member of the Loyalty Program, and Ahni Beauty Supply. Information provided will be processed and stored in accordance with Ahni Beauty Supply’s Privacy Policy. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Loyalty Program Membership and any attendant benefits are offered at the discretion of Ahni Beauty Supply. Ahni Beauty Supply reserves the right to amend or modify the Program Terms and these Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the Points already accumulated (including, without limitation, adjusting the number of Points), the type and amount of any Loyalty Program Reward, and the type or amount of any other Loyalty Program Member benefit). Ahni Beauty Supply may change the Program Terms and these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion by posting the updated Program Terms or Terms and Conditions on Ahni Beauty Supply’s website at AhniBeautySupply.com. You may not receive specific notice of such changes, and your continued use of the Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of any changes. The Program Terms and these Terms and Conditions replace all previously published information about the Loyalty Program, and you, as a Member, are responsible for checking for any updates. If the Program Terms or these Terms and Conditions are updated, any changes will apply to all Members, including Members enrolled, before Ahni Beauty Supply posts the revised terms, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Ahni Beauty Supply further reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program, any benefits of the Loyalty Program, or any Member’s Reward Program Membership at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information regarding your Membership. You can obtain information about the Loyalty Program by visiting our store located at 6420 Brandon Ave, Springfield, VA 22150, during business hours, or call us at 703-503-2000 or email Loyalty@ahnibeauty.com In addition, you can change your contact information at any time by sending an email from the email address currently on file for the Membership containing your full name and phone number listed with the Membership to Loyalty@ahnibeauty.com.

Membership & Eligibility

Membership in the Loyalty Program is limited to legal United States and Puerto Rico residents. It is limited to one Account per person. To be considered a Member, you must be age 13 years or older and provide a valid email address, phone number, and first and last name. In addition, eligible minors must obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent before participation. By providing the requested membership information to Us for Membership in the Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by the Program Terms and these Terms and Conditions. The Loyalty Program is void where prohibited by law.

Loyalty Program Communication

As a Member of the Loyalty Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Ahni Beauty Supply, which we consider promotional emails, unless you expressly disallow (opt-out) or unless prohibited by law. In addition to consenting to receive these promotional emails, you are also consenting to receive transactional emails from the Loyalty Program and Ahni Beauty Supply. As a Member, you may only unsubscribe from transactional emails of the Loyalty Program after withdrawing from the Loyalty Program entirely because we have to be able to contact you about the logistics of Program administration. However, you may otherwise withdraw consent and unsubscribe (opt-out) from promotional emails from us at any time via the unsubscribe link. In addition, Members can also unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails by emailing their request to Loyalty@ahnibeauty.com.

Loyalty Points

To earn Points (“Points”), whenever you purchase an item, you will need to provide your name and, you may be required to provide either your phone number, email address, or both, or a portion of either one for verification at checkout.

How We Calculate Your Points: As a Member, you earn Points whenever you make a qualifying in-store purchase. The number of Points earned is based on the dollar amount of your qualifying purchase, less all applicable returns, refunds, credit adjustments, discounts, offers, redeemed Reward Points, taxes, tips, gift cards purchased, and product warranties purchased. The sub-total for qualifying purchases is rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Family Tier (Pay & Earn)

Upon enrollment into the Ahni Beauty Supply Loyalty Program, members enter the Family Tier. Members remain in the family tier until the member accrues the number of points needed to enter the Royal Court Tier. Family Tier Members earn one (1) Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases for all forms of legal tender, excluding taxes and any other expenditure identified as excluded in this agreement.

Royal Court Tier (VIP)

Members who accrue 700 points will enter the Royal Court Tier and earn three (3) points for every $2 spent on qualifying purchases for all forms of tender unless excluded elsewhere in the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, should a Royal Court Tier Member’s points balance fall below 700 points, they will revert to the Family Tier unless and until they accrue or surpass the 700-point threshold.

Other exclusions and Limitations

The marketing materials usually identify merchandise excluded from the program because of a limited marketing campaign. In addition, particular excluded merchandise may only be determined at checkout due to the point-of-sale system design constraints.

The following general exclusions and limitations apply and are not an exhaustive list:

  • Only one reward category may used per transaction, and only one transaction involving reward redemption is allowed daily.

  • Members eligible for automatic discounts because of affiliation with discount groups such as military, emergency responders, and teachers may be excluded from using their group discount and a loyalty point redemption on certain purchases.

  • Specific merchandise may be excluded from reward redemption dollars-off.

  • Redeemed reward purchase transactions may not exceed one per day.

  • The maximum number of points a member may accrue and retain at any time is 5,000.

Posting of Points Earned, Expiration; Forfeiture: Points associated with purchases will generally be posted to your Member Account directly after the sale is completed. However, bonus Points from Ahni Beauty marketing campaigns may take longer to post to your account. No adjustments to your Member Account can be made after 90 days from the actual purchase date, except at Ahni Beauty Supply’s sole discretion. At any time, we may verify and adjust your Points balance based on our records and certain purchases not constituting, or no longer constituting, qualifying purchases. Accrued points remain available in your Points balance until they are redeemed for a reward amount as described in the Earning and Redeeming Reward Points section below, are forfeited, or adjusted based on the explanation mentioned above. You may request a review of your Loyalty Rewards Points by emailing Loyalty@ahnibeauty.com  with your full name, registration email address, and phone number. You may also view your current Loyalty Rewards point balance in-store by requesting a balance from an Ahni Beauty staff member and authenticating your ID.

Earning and Redeeming Points Rewards

For every 100 points a member earns, the member has credited a reward of $5.00. Points may be redeemed for the amount associated with any reward category the member has accrued points; however, the maximum reward amount that may be redeemed during any single transaction is $30.00, and the purchase amount must meet the threshold for the reward category.

For example, if you have a balance of 600 points and make a purchase over $80.00 (the threshold of the amount to redeem for 600 points), you may redeem your points for $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, or (the maximum for 600 points) $30. If you redeem $20, the associated number of points (400) is deducted from your account, leaving a balance of 200 points.

Once all other excluded amounts related to the sale are calculated, the subtotal less excluded dollar amounts are accredited to the corresponding number of points. Those credited points are added to your account balance at the close of the transaction. Below are a few general examples and exclusions:

  1. If you redeem a $25.00 reward and your purchase subtotal is $75.00 (before taxes), you will only receive 50 points for the transaction. The sales tax and the dollar value of redeemed rewards are not eligible for award points.

  2. If your purchase subtotal is $50.00 (before taxes), and you make payment with a $25.00 reward and an AHNI Beauty gift certificate or gift card for the balance, you will not receive any points for the transaction. The sales tax and payments made with AHNI Beauty gift certificates or gift cards are not eligible for award points.

To redeem a reward, the total transaction amount must meet the minimum purchase amount for the reward being redeemed, and the reward must be redeemed for the entire value of the reward.

Only one reward may be used per transaction, and only one transaction involving reward redemption is allowed daily.

Loyalty Reward Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards, prior purchases, shipping and handling fees, taxes, donations, or warranties.

Additional Benefits

As an Ahni Beauty Loyalty Program Member, you are a valued part of the Ahni Beauty Family. Therefore, if you have opted into our direct marketing, you may receive several offers, including coupons, Point-earning opportunities, automatic entry in drawings, and more. Offers may also include exclusions and expiration dates. In addition, you may receive other communications, such as early notification about upcoming events and sales, new products, and personalized recommendations.

MEMBER'S Right to Cancel

You may cancel your Membership and this contract by notifying Loyalty@ahnibeauty.com in writing by email or U.S. Postal Service.

Members who cancel voluntarily may not re-activate the Account but are eligible to open a new Account without a transfer of the previously accumulated Points.

Additional Terms

Reward Points offers and resulting rewards are nontransferable, have no cash value, may not be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances except as required by law. Accumulated Points, offers, and resulting rewards do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued points, credits, and resulting rewards are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise. Points and other benefits of the Loyalty Program may be taxable where required by law. Abuse of the Loyalty Program, including failure to follow the Program Terms, these Terms and Conditions, or the Terms of Use set forth on any Ahni Beauty Supply’s policy, marketing media, or communications, may result in cancellation of your Member Account and future disqualification from participation and forfeiture of all accrued Points. In connection with enforcing any Program Terms or these Terms and Conditions governing the Loyalty Program, Ahni Beauty Supply reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as we deem necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees, and court costs. Ahni Beauty Supply may, in our sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Loyalty Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Loyalty Program (including assigning any of our obligations to customers under the Loyalty Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Loyalty Program any time at our sole discretion, by posting any such changes on any Ahni Beauty Supply’s marketing media, or communications. Any Points in your Account will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled. Ahni Beauty Supply reserves the right to change our policies, marketing media posts, communications in the form of correspondence or notices, and the Program Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review the Program Terms and these Terms and Conditions from time to time to keep you informed of any changes. By joining the Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by any changed version of the Program Terms and these Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with your Membership in the Loyalty Program, you agree that all disputes or claims of any kind that have arisen or may arise in connection with your Ahni Beauty Supply Loyalty Program Membership will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.
