Exchange/Refund Policy

Ahni Beauty understands exchanges and returns are sometimes necessary. We will gladly exchange or provide a refund, in the original payment method, within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date for most products. Exchanges or returns will not be honored after 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Furthermore, the item must be unused and presented with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to sanitary concerns, all wigs, buns, ponytails, hair pieces, and afro puffs are exempt from being returned.  Therefore, no exchanges or returns on wigs, buns, ponytails, hair pieces, or afro puffs are accepted.  However, returns and exchanges can be made on all other hair within 14 calendar days with the original receipt or proof of purchase, provided the hair is in the original package, unused, and unaltered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or otherwise processed) in any way.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot. In addition, sale items can only be exchanged within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund on apparel (e.g., T-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, etc.), the item must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased with the original receipt or proof of purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.  If any signs of wear are present, no exchange or refund will be issued for the apparel.  Due to sanitary concerns, caps and hats are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.  All sales are final on all caps and hats.

Products in the form of liquid, semi-liquid, paste, cream (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, lotion, oils, hair dye, nail polish, polish remover, lipstick, etc.), or other such substances without a completely intact manufacturer's seal or manufacturer’s sealed container, or outer-package is subject to inspection by store staff, before making an eligibility determination for an exchange or refund.  Upon inspection, if the staff determines the product has been opened or used in any way, the item may not be exchanged or refunded.  However, if there are no signs of opening or use and the product is in resalable condition, an exchange or refund will be issued if it is within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date and the original receipt or proof of purchase is presented at the time of the exchange or refund request.

Due to hygiene concerns, makeup and jewelry are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final on makeup and jewelry.
